New journeys unfold in midsummer through solid work. On July 18, JingBan Machinery held its 2026 Mid-Year Management Review Meeting at Cicheng Guanlan Hotel. The General Manager, department heads and core management staff for domestic and overseas businesses all attended the meeting. The session comprehensively reviewed all business operations in the first half of the year, thoroughly analyzed existing operational difficulties, and arranged key tasks for the implementation of strategies in the second half.
会议指出，上半年公司紧扣年度经营发展总思路，严格落实企业战略部署，统筹推进注塑机海内外市场开拓、机型技术升级、海内外客户服务、管理团队建设等重点工作；当前，全球市场竞争加剧，公司业务增长机遇与发展挑战并存。下半年是全年经营冲刺、补齐短板、提质增效的关键攻坚阶段，全体管理层须优化经营举措、强化业务履职、狠抓各项战略落地执行。
The meeting pointed out that in the first half of the year, the company followed the annual business development plan and fully implemented corporate strategies, advancing key work including domestic and overseas market expansion of injection molding machines, model technical upgrading, customer service and management team development. At present, global market competition has intensified, bringing both growth opportunities and challenges to the company. The second half of the year is a critical period to hit annual targets, fix weaknesses and improve efficiency. All management members shall optimize business methods, fulfill job responsibilities and fully deliver all strategic arrangements.
会议强调，要做好复盘梳理，对照上半年经营情况梳理短板，建立问题台账，形成调度、复盘、研判闭环机制。落实清单式管理，围绕海内外拓市、机型升级、交付品控等核心业务定目标、定时限、定标准，逐项整改。统筹各项业务，加强内部协同，搭建全方位联动运营体系，凝聚发展合力。
The meeting stressed that we shall conduct thorough reviews to identify deficiencies based on first-half operating results, set up problem ledgers and form a closed-loop mechanism covering scheduling, review and analysis. We will implement list-based management, clarify goals, time limits and standards for core businesses such as global market expansion, machine upgrading and quality delivery, and rectify problems item by item. All businesses shall be coordinated with strengthened internal collaboration to build an all-round linked operation system and pool driving forces for development.
